Ingredients:
1 cup of mixed fruit chopped
1 tsp condensed milk
1 tsp syrup/or fruit flavoured topping
1/2 cup crushed ice
Method:
​1. Chop fruit.
2. Shave ice and place on top of fruit.
3. Top with syrup and condensed milk.

Pisang Goreng
​
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons plain flour/rice flour
2 teaspoons white sugar
1-2 small ripe bananas
oil for frying

Method:
1. Peel bananas and place them in a large bowl.
2. Mash bananas finely. Mix with sugar and flour.
3. Heat oil in a wok and carefully drop a large spoonful of batter.
4. Fry slowly until golden brown and crispy.
5. Drain on paper towel and serve while still warm.
Perkadel Mie
Ingredients:
1 packet mie goreng noodles
bumbu – spices
1 telur – egg
ketumbar – corriander
1 daun bawang – spring onion
saus – sauce
1/8 bawang merah – french shallots
minyak – oil
Method:
1. Put the noodles in hot water to cook. When cooked, remove and drain the water.
2. Heat the oil in the pan.
3. Stir in egg, sliced shallot, noodles and stock powder.
4. Put a large spoonful of mixture into the pan and fry for 2 minutes.
5. Flip and repeat until all fritters are cooked.
6. Place fritters on a plate. Serve with coriander and sambal.
